Annual billing means you pay for 12 months upfront in one transaction and receive a 25% discount versus monthly pricing. Starter works out to $22.50/user/month ($270/year). Professional works out to $37.50/user/month ($450/year). You can switch back to monthly at any renewal date.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid billing period. Annual plan refunds are prorated for unused months.

Pricing is per active user (provider). Administrative staff who manage records without creating or approving notes can be added at no charge on Professional and Enterprise plans. Contact us for volume pricing on large teams.

The Professional plan includes native integrations with Accuro, OSCAR, TELUS PS Suite, Jane App, Med Access, Epic, and Cerner via HL7 FHIR. Enterprise customers can request fully custom integrations with any existing system.

Yes. All patient health information is processed and stored exclusively on AWS Canada (ca-central-1) servers for all plans that include patient data. This meets PHIPA and PIPEDA requirements. Canadian data residency is included at no additional charge.

Yes — registered non-profits, community health centres, and Indigenous health organizations are eligible for special pricing. Please contact us with your organization details and we will prepare a tailored proposal.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as ACH bank transfer and cheque for annual Enterprise contracts. All billing is processed securely through Stripe. Invoices are available in your account dashboard.
